- Soft copy of the signature of the candidate (jpeg/jpg format, 20-50 KB)
- Madhyamik Admit/Certificate (for age proof) (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- BPEd pass certificate / BPEd 3rd Semester pass certificate(jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- Highest Sports Achievement Certificate (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable) (jpeg/jpg format, 50-150 KB)
Original Certificates/Testimonials have to show during verification before appearing the Physical Fitness Test
on 15.09.25 at college ground.
N.B:
- Candidate who has appeared in the final semester Exam of the BPEd degree-2025 under any University but not yet received the results or final pass mark sheet can also apply for the M.P.Ed programme at this college.
- In such case, if she provisionally selected then she must submit her final pass mark sheet at the time of final physical verification of all documents after provisional admission. If any candidate will fail to submit the BPEd pass mark sheet during that time her candidature will be automatically terminated.
